Question Posting Process
The system won’t accept my files, what should I do?
Please click the blue button at the bottom right corner of the web page to contact customer service. We will make the file a sharing link, and you can put the link directly in the order request when you place an order.
How long does it take for the order to be completed? Is there a price standard?
You can share the urgency of your need when you post the question, you can choose either hours or days. You can upload 2 questions per day for free, and the tutor directly quotes from there. If you post more than 2 questions in 24 hours, there is a $2 charge for posting. It will be credited to your payment when you confirm the offer. You will receive an email notification after the tutor makes an offer. You can just pay attention to your email.
Is the assignment guaranteed?
Yes. But not if you do online tutoring. See the refund policy for full details.
I did not find my subject option when placing an order, what should I do?
There are two steps when choosing a subject. The first step is to choose a general category, such as Science or Business. The second step is to choose a more specific subject, such as physics or accounting. If you do not find the corresponding subject in the second step, it does not matter. You can skip this step and proceed to the next step.
What should I do if the order requirement exceeds 500 words?
Please organize the order requirements and put them in a Word file. Upload the file directly when placing the order.
How to receive an offer? How long does it take?
After the order is uploaded, experts in the subject will be notified. If it can be done, the quotation will usually be received within a few hours. You will receive an email notification after the tutor offers.
Why did I not receive an offer?
We recommend that you first confirm that your order requirements are clear and complete. If necessary, please modify your order requirements. You can also directly invite tutors to quote.
What is the service fee? What is the charging standard of the service fee?
After you upload the order requirements, the expert will send you an offer. After selecting, the system will directly guide you to pay, and the fees you need to pay include service fees. The service fee is charged at 5% of Tutor’s quotation, plus 1 USD. We charge these fees to cover costs related to processing your payment and maintaining basic site capabilities. For example, if the offer is $100, then the service fee is $1+5%*100, $6. So the total cost you need to pay is $106.
What payment methods are accepted by StudyGate? At what step do I need to pay?
We do not support CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal payments at the moment. We do support credit and debit cards in all countries.
Should I pay the expert directly?
No. Doing so will get their account banned and puts your personal information at risk. Keep all payment and communication on StudyGate to receive full protection of the refund policy.
